Connecting with guidance workshop
Honoring Mount Shasta’s natural ability to support you in accessing guidance, you will learn different visualization meditation exercises so that you can feel supported in times of change and make choices with greater confidence. You will practice setting your space to feel safe as you acquire the skills to open and receive the vast wisdom that’s available to all. Renee will be your support in letting go of doubts, discerning what is and what isn’t guidance and coming into the strength of your own truth. From that truth comes the ability to honor yourself exactly where you are in the moment and navigate life with gracefulness and ease.

Amidst a rapidly changing world, we will walk in reverence upon the land, bringing our blessings and pausing to express gratitude for the forest. From this space, the gentle rhythm of the frame drum and sacred song led by Justin will support you in honoring the powerful energies of the volcano and opening to receive the live channeling of Mount Shasta. Renee will then channel through the healing frequencies and uplifting messages that the sacred mountain has to share with us. From previous experience, support often comes in the form of deeper awareness, insight and clarity coming through the higher chakras. We’ll also be enjoying lunch and tea outdoors as well as an opportunity for silent time in nature.
Mount shasta Retreat Includes:
3 night accommodation in the spacious Namaste House from Thursday 7/25 (arrive as early as 3pm) through Sunday 7/28, departing Sunday by 10:45am.
7 Healthy organic vegetarian (vegan and gluten-free options) meals starting from dinner Thursday to breakfast Sunday. *Doesn’t include Saturday night dinner out in Mount Shasta City.
Access to private creekside swimming hole and abundant outdoor areas on property.
Namaste House has large windows, multiple decks, a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and showers.

Cathedral Sky room: 3 single beds with two sinks, private bath and shower
Mandala room: 2 extra long single beds with shared bath and shower
Maple Tree room: 1 extra long and 1 single bed with shared bath and shower
Creek View room: 2 single beds with shared bath and shower
Skylight Room: 1 double bed
Yantra Loft: 1 queen bed
1 Lovely Creekside Camping platform and 1 ground space

We will be staying in the Namaste House at the Flowing Waters Retreat at Mount Shasta. Situated on 10 acres of land with a clean mountain creek, natural setting and no internet, this property is known for its therapeutic and relaxing qualities.

Renee Rowe is a gifted Clairvoyant, Channeler of the Akashic Record, Empath, Medium, and Guide to those who are going through challenging life/spiritual transitions. Renee has taught hundreds of spiritual classes and workshops in California and works internationally as an Intuitive Healer. As an advanced channeler, her Akashic Record channelings have been regularly featured in the Sedona Journal of Emergence. Renee provides a loving space for healing and awareness so that you can integrate clarity, be in alignment, and create a life of deep fulfillment.
Justin Spyres is a spiritual mentor, nature guide and healer who connects people to a space of calm within themselves as they navigate their day to day lives. Justin has a unique gift in finding those special places in nature that support healing and has guided countless groups across California since 2009. He also lived in Mount Shasta and is honored to share the unique insights and healing qualities of this extraordinary landscape.
