Our 3 hour nature walk will wander through the rolling hill tops that make up Almaden Quicksilver County Park where we’ll be stopping at different stages of the journey to get still and learn ways to deepen your connection with the natural world.
Resting above and just beyond the buzz of city life, the land that makes up Almaden Quicksilver is home to a rich and unique mineralogical matrix and carries a harmonious resonance that supports physical, energetic and spiritual balance. There is a wonderfully therapeutic quality to this location and I’ll show you how to welcome in those beneficial energetic attributes to help you experience joyful stillness and return to a natural, more balanced way of living.

HOW TO PREPARE
Come ready to relax in a safe and welcoming environment!
Bring comfortable shoes to walk in and dress for comfort. You may come in contact with a small amount of dirt which is part of the adventure.
Bring a small back pack, a bottle of water, food to snack on and extra layers of clothing if the weather is cool. I'll be supplying hot water and herbal teas so bring your favorite mug, thermos or your own tea if you prefer.
There are portions of the trail that are smooth and barefoot friendly. Going barefoot during our walk is encouraged but not required. This will be a casual walk with minor elevation change. We will walk a total of 3.0 to 3.5 miles.

The physical address that is provided above is about 3.4 miles from our actual meeting point.
We will meet at the more remote end of Almaden Quicksilver park at the Wood Road trailhead. Wood Road is a very short road leading into the park located at the intersection of Hicks Road and Mt. Umunhum Road. If you have any questions about directions, please message me and I'd be glad to help.
